Three Rivers Storage shall not be responsible for any damage to any boat/rv while being stored at its premises due to fire, theft, floods,
wind storms, animals, weather, or any other occurrence. All boat/rv owners must carry their own insurance on any boat/rv stored by
Three Rivers Storage and proof of such insurance must be supplied upon request. Boats/rv’s will not leave Three Rivers Storage
premises until all charges are paid in full
Summer rates are the same price as winter rates. Each boat/rv owner is responsible for keeping the area around their boat/rv neat and clean.
Anyone violating this will be charged a clean-up service. Boaters owning boats without trailers are responsible for arranging and paying for their
own transportation to and from the storage facility. Three Rivers Storage must be notified in advance prior to your boat/rv being delivered.
If you are the last one to leave the building, PLEASE LOCK THE DOORS AND BE SURE ALL LIGHTS HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF.

Three Rivers Storage shall not be responsible for any damage to any boat/RV while being stored at its premises due to fire, theft, floods, wind storms, animals, weather, or any other occurrence. All boat/RV owners must carry their own insurance on any boat/RV stored by Three Rivers Storage and proof of such insurance must be supplied upon request. Boats/RV shall not leave Three Rivers Storage premises until all storage charges are paid in full. Summer rates will be discounted by 30% from winter rates on yearly storage if paid in full. Each boat/RV owner is responsible for keeping the area around their boat/RV neat and clean. Customers violating this will be warned. Second warning will result in the area being cleaned and the customer being charged a cleanup service fee. Three Rivers Storage must be notified in advance prior to your boat/RV being delivered. The owner will be responsible to place their unit in their designated parking area assigned by the staff of 3- rivers storage.
